Helping employees make difficult benefit decisions.
Both retirement and sudden disability change a person’s life and add considerable stress. Even approaching age 65 can create anxiety just from all the upcoming benefits decisions that must be made. We desire to consult, assist and educate employees to help them through the eligibility and complex application process of federal benefit options:
- Employees who are approaching age 65
- Employees who have remained enrolled in the employer-sponsored medical plan and are over age 65
- Employees who are disabled or have a dependent who is disabled, or a child born prematurely
- Employees and/or dependents who have been recently diagnosed with ESRD or are currently on dialysis.

Services
In 2026, it is projected that people ages 65 to 74 will make up 30.2% of our population, up from 26.8% in 2016 and 17.5% in 1996, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This growth will naturally increase the number of workers eligible for state and federal benefits.
Benefit Concierge Consulting for your Employees
Approaching age 65
Each employee approaching 65 will be contacted and given the opportunity to schedule a consultation with a benefits counselor. The counselor will provide the basics of Medicare, and important deadlines and answer their specific questions related to their eligibility and enrollment.
Over 65 and have remained enrolled in the employer-sponsored medical plan
Ongoing support allows employees to schedule a consultation when the time is right for them. Each person’s situation is different. We are here to help educate you about Medicare when the time is right.
