How It Works
1. Employee Notification
Employees are notified about the dependent eligibility verification process a few weeks in advance. This allows employees the opportunity to gather their documentation prior to the verification process.
2. Documentation Requested
Employees receive communication via e-mail, text, and/or mail with instructions for completing the dependent verification process, including a list of acceptable supporting documentation.
3. Document Submission
Employees may submit documents in four ways. They can snap a picture on our mobile app, upload a file through our web portal, fax to our secure fax line, or mail their documents.
Our auditors will thoroughly review the documentation and verify that it aligns with your company’s dependent eligibility rules, approving or rejecting each dependent.
Upon approval or rejection, Clearify automatically sends your employee an email update about the status of their submission.
Verification data is maintained for future verifications, eliminating the need for employees to upload the same documents during each verification period.
